In our Summerjam Ticketshop you can choose between two different types of tickets:

These tickets are not computer printouts, but a rarity especially among collectors and fans.
With their high-quality and individually made design, these hard tickets are truly unique.

After receipt of payment the e-ticket is immediately available.
You can either print it out as print@home or conveniently save it in the passbook/wallet using your smartphone.
You save shipping time - and postage.


Day Tickets are expected to be available from June 2022, depending on capacity.

How does the order work?

Simply add the tickets you want to your virtual shopping basket. Then select how you would like to pay for your order and enter the necessary data.
As soon as you have completed your order, you will receive your order confirmation by e-mail. If you have not received the order confirmation e-mail, please check your spam folder – often your mailbox is pre-sorted for you. If you can't find the order confirmation, please send us an e-mail to Together we'll find out what's going on.

Are there any discounts for people accompanying people with disabilities?

We operate on the principle of "2 for 1": you as a person with a "B" in your ID will be issued a personalised free ticket and pay the festival ticket for your companion. Prior registration is necessary for this.
Please send an e-mail with a picture of your ID to We will then check your details and send you a free ticket if applicable. Please note that we will start issuing free tickets in May 2022 at the earliest.
Deadline for registration is June 1st 2022.

Do children also need a festival ticket?

Children up to and including 12 years of age are admitted free of charge when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Extra children's tickets are not needed, just bring a photo ID to the wristband exchange counters. We can then check the age of your child on site and put on a child's wristband.

What payment methods are available?

You have the choice between a credit card payment, Sofort banking or payment in advance.
If you pay in advance, we will process your order as soon as we have received the full amount. If you choose this method, you will find our bank details in your order confirmation e-mail. Please note that your order must be paid within ten days, otherwise it will be deleted.
If you pay by credit card or Sofort banking, your order will be ready to be processed by us immediately.

Is there a difference between hardtickets and e-tickets?

The e-ticket arrives in your e-mail inbox as soon as we receive your payment and you can either print it out or save it on your mobile device to show it to us paperless on site.
The lovingly designed hardticket takes a few days to process and ship. We send hardtickets by registered mail and you will receive a notification e-mail as soon as your hardticket order is on its way to you.
If, for example, you have hard tickets and a caravan ticket in your order, your hard ticket will be sent by post and the caravan ticket will be sent digitally by e-mail.
Caravan and Comfort Camp tickets are only available as e-tickets.

Can the tickets be returned?

The return of your ordered tickets is only possible in case of a postponement or cancellation of the Summerjam Festival by us. Please keep us informed if your e-mail address changes so that we can contact you.

Are the tickets personalised?

So far we have not included personalisation on our tickets. However, it is very important that we are always able to contact you should there be a change in this due to a federal or state government regulation. So please keep us informed if you change your e-mail address before the next Summerjam Festival.

What happens in case of a Corona-related postponement of the festival?

Last year we programmed a system where each buyer could choose directly what would happen to their order. Everyone received an information e-mail and could decide via a link whether the tickets should remain valid or be returned. It is important that you inform us about a change of your e-mail address so that we can always reach you.

Received "Statusänderung" email, but no hardtickets yet?

The moment your order is completed by us, you will receive an email with the subject "Statusänderung (BestNr.:) auf Shipped!" – which means that your hardtickets will then be sent to you by post. If you still haven't received a registered letter a few days (approx. 4-5 national, 6-8 international) after receiving this email, please go to your nearest Post branch and ask if they have a registered letter for you.

At the moment, we very often experience that the notification about the storage of a registered letter is missing and the hard tickets can then unfortunately not be collected in time from the branch.
