FESTIVAL-START
From Thursday, 05th of July, 09.00 am the park & camping surfaces are opened. For camping before the 05th of July EURO 10,- per person and day will be charged. Additional camping areas are supplied, so that for all festival visitors sufficiently camping surfaces are available at the Fuehlinger See - also for last minute travellers.

NOTE ABOUT PARKING

This year we will provide new and larger parking areas. Please absolutely follow the parking lot signs, which guide you the quickest way to the parking lot. There is a parking fee of Euro 10,- (only on Sunday Euro 5,-) during the festival. Guests who want to leave and reenter the parking lot during the festival contact the parking staff, pay Euro 20,- one-time and get a special plural parking permit.

TICKET  CONTROL

Access to the Summerjam area (camping & festival) is only possible with a valid ticket. Tickets can be acquired at the central parking lot or all other area entries. Starting from Thursday, 05.07.2012, 9.30am the tickets can be exchanged into festival wrist straps at the Service-Station (and only at the Service-Station ). Only here the tickets can be exchanged into festival wrist straps. At the entry areas no festival wrist straps will be given out !!! SUMMERJAM TIPP The entire camping & festival area are spaciously enclosed. Visitors can enter the area only with a valid ticket. This applies both to the camping and the festival area. No camping tickets are issued!

At the Summerjam Festival, disabled visitors enter for free. Please send us an  E-Mail with details on the handicap. Please bring your disabled person card with you. If applicable, we will issue a personalized free ticket. For companions / attendants we can not issue free tickets.

KIDS

Again this year we will create an action playground for the youngest reggae fans. Please put name plates on your children (and maybe add your mobile number). We can't take responsibility for the small ones

PROTECTION OF MINORS
Juveniles from 16 years and under 18 years don’t have to leave the festival at midnight if they’re in their legal guardian’s company!

Definition of a legal guardian:
Every Person, who is responsible for custody of child as a single person or together with another person according to the directions of the German Civil Code (father, mother, custodian), any other person older than 18 years, as soon as he or she undertakes the task of custody and has got an agreement with the legal guardian.
As far as accompaniment through a legal guardian is concerned, these persons have to present their agreement in written form.
This means for example if you have a chaperon with you (sister, brother, boy-/girlfriend…), this person is older than 18 years and he or she is your legal guardian with the written agreement and takes care of you, you can stay at the event till the settled time on the agreement.
Here you can find such an ^^agreement^^ as a .pdf format, which you only have to fulfil with your data. It has to be fulfilled completely and in association with your passport and the one of your chaperon you won’t have any problems!

SERVICE-STATION
Again we establish our large Service-Station on the parking lot P2 . Here (and only here) you can exchange or convert your ticket into a valid festival wrist strap starting from Thursday, 05.07.2012. As well we offer here a large breakfast tent, luggage storage, a "meeting point", a "bulletin board", lost&found, current program information, a possibility to draw water, useful/helpful odds and ends (condoms, toilet articles etc.).
Additionally you will find showering possibilities at the swimming pool.

SUPPLY
24 hour supply is available for your disposal in the entire area .You find breakfast, meals from all over the world, soft drinks and the mandatory cocktail as well all kind of deliciousness of this earth.

CASHPOINTS

We supply 2 caschpoints: One is based at the Festivalground next to the "Zielturm". The other one will be based at the "Service Center" at P2.

SOUND-RECORDING & VIDEOTAPING 

It is forbidden to take professional equipment for sound-recording and videotaping, tape recorders, as well as reflex-/video camera to the festivalground.

SAVE NATURE
Unlimited garbage bags are available at the entry and exit areas. You find "garbage gates" distributed on the camping surfaces, which are divided into special refuse (plastics, cans) and remainder garbage. Please place here as well your garbage bags. From there we transport them off. Our camping Security always carry garbage bags and stand by your side with advice.
